1. SAFETY GUIDELINES & WARNINGS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.

  • WARNING – NO SMOKING: Oxygen accelerates combustion. Do not smoke or use open flames (candles, gas stoves, lighters) within 10 feet (3 meters) of the device or the user.

  • NOT LIFE SUPPORT: This device is for supplemental oxygen use. It is not intended for life support. Patients who are solely dependent on oxygen should always have a backup supply (such as a standard tank) in case of power or device failure.

  • VENTILATION: Do not cover the air intake or exhaust vents. Do not place the unit on soft surfaces like bedding or thick carpets that may block airflow. Overheating causes the machine to shut down.

  • TRANSPORT: Keep the device upright. Do not operate the device while it is upside down or on its side.

  • TUBING: Ensure the nasal tubing is not kinked or trapped under heavy objects.

2. PRODUCT OVERVIEW & TECHNOLOGY

The  POC(014) uses advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology with a molecular sieve imported from France. It is designed for active users who need oxygen on the go.

How it Works:

  1. Pulse Dose Technology: The machine detects when you inhale and delivers a "bolus" (puff) of oxygen immediately. This is the most efficient way to use battery power.

  2. Smart Detection: If the machine does not detect a breath (for example, if you hold your breath or the cannula falls out), it will automatically switch to Fixed-Frequency Mode to ensure you still receive oxygen.

3. PACKAGE CONTENTS

4. DEVICE COMPONENTS & CONTROLS

The Display Screen

The digital screen provides real-time status updates:

  • Large Number (1-7): Indicates the current Flow Gear setting.

  • Battery Icon: Visual display of remaining charge %.

  • Timer: Shows usage time for the current session.

  • Breath Icon: Flashes when the device detects your inhalation.

  • O2 %: Displays estimated oxygen concentration.

Buttons

  • Power Button:

    • Long Press (3 sec): Turn ON / Turn OFF.

    • Short Press: Stop oxygen production (Standby).

  • Arrow Buttons (⏶ / ⏷): Increase or Decrease flow gears (Levels 1 to 7).

  • ‘M’ Button (Mode):

    • Switches between Pulse Mode and Fixed-Frequency Mode manually.

5. BATTERY ASSEMBLY & CHARGING

Installing the Battery

The battery is located at the base of the unit and acts as the "stand."

  1. Align the slide rails of the main unit with the battery box.

  2. Push the battery forward/in until you hear a "Click."

  3. Ensure the "Battery Box Locking Mark" is engaged.

Removing the Battery

  1. Locate the toggle/buckle switch on the back of the unit.

  2. Push the buckle toward the "Unlocking Mark".

  3. Slide the battery backwards to detach it from the unit.

Charging Methods

  • Method A: Charging while attached
Plug the AC charger or Car charger into the charging port on the main unit. You can use the device while it charges.

  • Method B: Charging the Battery Separately
You can remove the battery and plug the charger directly into the Battery Box Charging Port.

    • Indicator Light: On the battery, there is a small button (dot). Press it to see the LED lights indicating the remaining charge level.

Charge Time: Approximately 4 hours from 0% to 100%.

6. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Connect the Tube: Attach the nasal cannula to the silver Oxygen Outlet nozzle on top of the unit.

  2. Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds. The screen will light up, and the machine will beep.

  3. Warm Up: The machine starts instantly, but allow 1-2 minutes to reach maximum purity.

  4. Adjust Flow: The device starts at Gear 2 by default.

    • Press the UP (⏶) arrow to increase flow (up to Gear 7).

    • Press the DOWN (⏷) arrow to decrease flow.

    • Note: Higher gears consume battery faster.

  5. Wear Cannula: Place the nasal prongs in your nostrils and hook the loops over your ears.

  6. Shutdown: When finished, long-press the Power Button to turn off.

7. UNDERSTANDING MODES

Mode A: Intelligent Pulse Mode (Default)

  • Behavior: The machine waits for you to breathe. When you inhale, it releases a puff of oxygen.

  • Indicator: The "Breath/Signal" icon on the screen flashes with every breath.

  • Benefit: Maximizes battery life and comfort.

Mode B: Fixed-Frequency Mode (Continuous Rhythm)

  • Behavior: The machine delivers pulses at a steady, machine-set rhythm, regardless of your breathing.

  • How to Activate:

    1. Automatic: If the machine detects no breath for a set time, it activates this automatically.

    2. Manual: Press the ‘M’ button to force this mode.

  • Why use this? Useful if the user breathes very shallowly (nose is blocked) and the machine isn't detecting the breath.

8. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

1. External Case

  • Wipe down with a damp cloth (water only). Do not use harsh chemicals or spray liquids directly onto the vents.

2. Air Intake Filter (Crucial)

  • Location: Small grille/panel on the side or back of the unit.

  • Maintenance: Check this weekly. If dust builds up, the machine will overheat and lose oxygen purity.

  • Cleaning: Remove the cotton filter. Wash with mild soap and water. Allow to dry completely before putting it back.

  • Replacement: Replace the filter felt every 3–6 months.

3. Nasal Cannula

  • Wipe the nasal prongs daily.

  • Replace the entire tube every 2–4 weeks, or after a cold/flu.

4. Long-Term Storage

  • If you will not use the machine for more than a month, remove the battery.

  • Charge the battery to at least 50% before storing.

  • Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
